Blade Runner 2 Casts Robin Wright In Key Role

bladerunnerBladeFans of the original dystopian sci-fi film Blade Runner have been waiting since its 1982 release year for news of a sequel. While the rumors swirled for decades, Blade Runner 2 finally has a promised release date in January of 2018. Though original director Ridley Scott has relinquished that role in the sequel to Denis Villeneuve (Sicario), Scott created the new story with Hampton Fancher (also co-writer of the original).

Some Info On The Upcoming ‘Aquaman’ Film

aquaman‘Aquaman’ is an upcoming science-fiction adventure film based on the DC comic book superhero of the same name. Director James Wan hinted that the film may feature sea monsters and that it would be a “fun” film in comparison to Zack Snyder’s ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’.

Thor: Ragnarok May Be The End For Tom Hiddleston’s Loki

lokiWhile talking with The Daily Beast (via comicbook.com), actor Tom Hiddleston admitted the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok may be his last turn as the trickster Loki. The actor has played the part since 2011’s Thor; appearing in its sequel, the first Avengers film and a memorable attempt to convert the Comic-Con Hall H crowd to his cause.

Thor 3 will be cool because I’ve not done it for four years,” said. “This will be my last time out of the gate.”

It was only given an official greenlight (with a relatively low budget) and release date after Comic-Con 2014 when test footage for the feature leaked online earning high praise. A few short months later, Twentieth Century Fox doubled down on their Marvel movie licenses announcing a set of projects and release dates which, alongside another Wolverine movie, confirmed that Remy LeBeau a.k.a. Gambit would be getting his own feature solo debut as well.

Free Library of 3D Printable Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures

dungeonsA few months ago I spoke with avid D&D player and Shapeways user Miguel Zavala who had just uploaded a huge library of two hundred 3D printable Dungeons & Dragons miniature models. He created the library of figures from existing designs that he either heavily modified or for many of them simply designed himself from scratch using the Monster Manual as reference. For Zavala what started as a project to make his own D&D minis turned into a project that he hoped would help others enjoy a game that he has loved for years. When last we spoke he had promised that he was going to keep going and would only stop when he ran out of monsters to 3D print.

On this Sunday’s season finale, Rick is going to meet his match in Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), the biggest, baddest, most ruthless bastard we’ve seen to date. And today, AMC is giving us our best look yet at Negan in a brand new teaser photo.
