X-Men-Themed Legion To Get Series On FX

xmenX Networks has given an eight-episode order to Legion, its X-Men-themed pilot starring Downton Abbey‘s Dan Stevens. This marks the first live-action cable Marvel series, joining ABC’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Netflix package of four series.”

Next X-Men Film Could Take Place In Space

xmen“As for a potential space-set X-Men film — an area that’s been explored heavily in comic book storylines like “The Dark Phoenix Saga,” “The Rise and Fall of the Shi’ar Empire” and “Black Vortex,” among others — Singer said he’s open to the idea: “…I imagine – and this is the first time I’ve actually answered the question this way – but another thing that’s been introduced in the comics is a big alien, interstellar tenant within the X-Men universe that hasn’t been explored. And to me, that might be kind of fun because I’m a huge ‘Star Wars’ and ‘Star Trek’ fan, and exploring the X-Men universe and being able to utilize that would be exciting, visually.””

We’d like to see this happen as the Dark Phoenix saga led the X-Men all the way to the edge of the universe. It would be interesting to see if that ever gets covered.

Info On X-Men/X-Universe TV Series’ Legion And Hellfire

xmenX-Men: The franchise that keeps on giving. Our only reservation about this series is that it’s set in the 1960’s, which are way overdone and simply… tired. Drugs, hippies, the same 25 rock and roll songs, Kennedy. It never ends. Is there anyone else out there sick of the Sixties? Why not try a totally new approach and put them in the 1890’s with Sherlock Holmes, or WAY back pre-BC? We’re not trying to be bitter here, we’d just like to see modern day directors stop running back to the same decade for show after show.

Next X-Men Will Take Place In The 90’s

Dazzler In X-Men Apocalypse – Will She Or Won’t She? And Just WHO Is Playing Her?

xmenWhen you read the article, it’s clear they’re doing a lot of dancing around on whether she’ll be in it or not. But in other places, the rumor is that Taylor Swift might make a cameo as this character. It makes sense. Put Swift in there and WHAM! You’ve got a whole lot more viewers than you would have – and you’ll have a lot. Even if she’s there for a few moments. It makes sense – Swift is a big singer – the biggest in her genre – and she’d fit right in. We just can’t imagine how much she’d charge for a cameo. Let us know what you think after reading the article here
