The all-new 10-episode installment once again will be executive-produced by creator Chris Carter, with stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson returning in their roles as iconic FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. The event series will air during the 2017-2018 season. The trailer looks to be entirely along the conspiracy storyline but word is that the season will be mostly monster of the week. Ajin are considered dangerous by humans. Kei as an Ajin is found by the government and sent to a research facility. There, he is held in custody and undergoes painful experiments. Sato is also an Ajin and a terrorist. He is the only one to extend a helping hand to Kei, but Kei can’t take part in Sato’s plans to commit mass murders against humans. Video at the link below.

Here’s The New Blade Runner Anime Prequel ‘Black Out 2022’

Via The Verge: Black Out 2022 is the third of three prequel shorts that connect the original film with its upcoming sequel. It takes place three years after the original movie, when replicants are blamed for an electricity failure that throws cities into chaos. Watanabe is known for blending genres to create worlds with distinct flavor, like Cowboy Bebop’s jazz / Western mashup, or Samurai Champloo’s mix of hip-hop and Japan’s Edo period. Black Out 2022remains faithful to the world of Blade Runner, with a distinctive, futuristic soundtrack provided by Flying Lotus. Video at the link below!

In the year 2050 mankind is all but extinct on Earth. The last survivors, the five Kasuga brothers, plan to use a time machine to exterminate the evil Kyrgyz before he invades Earth. With Kyrgyz’s plan for his giant robot in hand, the brothers travel back in time and build a robot of their own: The Red Baron, the last hope of stopping Kyrgyz and saving the future of mankind.
